F1 Status does not allow registration

Hope that you are doing well.

I was on F2 Visa in USA. I have applied for MS in Computet Science Program & received I20 for fall 2016. After then i have applied for change of status from F2 to F1 & got approved letter for F1 status from USCiS on Sep 21, 2016 but university does not allow to me registration for fall 2016 since its too late for registration. Graduate class has started September 07, 2016.

So i can't attend school. As i know if i dont attend school then my status will be invalid.

I have already meet international advisor but I didn't get any positive update.

Please help me about this issues. What i have to do right now ?

How many option i have to valid my status.

As you have paid for your student fees to obtain the I 20 and you have been approved for F-1 status then it's important for you to follow up frequently with the student advisor and request to see the dean due to the fact that you will be out of status if you have failed to enroll in school.  You need to request an urgent meeting with all the prominent parties to resolve this immediately.  Your F1 status is in jeopardy.

You have few options.

1. Transfer I-20 to a New College immediately (if possible)

2. File a COS to F2

3. Go back to home country, return with a new I-20 and F1 visa stamping
