Hi,

I do work with full time employee from January 2016 but there were 2 months where i just took offer letter from consultancy so that i could get more time to look for job. Now when i apply for stem extension next month, my current employer will be filling all information. But what if uscis ask information for those 2 months? Will those 2 months cause problem to me? My opt started on Sep 15, 2015 and 90 period would end on Dec 14, 2015. When i didn't get a job till mid November i took offer letter from them and still kept on searching. Finally i joined as full time from Jan 11, 2016.

Can anyone suggest me what would happen in this case?

Are you working under unpaid Internship?

No since January its a full time paid job. It was just for those 2 months that i took offer letter from consultancy and was still searching for job. Those 2 month were like training period.
Training can also be treated Internship, please get a letter from your Employer as it is unpaid internship.
You mean my previous employer? Because this training was with consultancy and after that i got full time job in different company (which was not through consultancy). Now while applying for stem extension current company will fill the information for I 983.

Do i still need to have any letter from consultancy? I am not even working with them now.
