B1 to H1 stamping

Hi All I have worked in h1 for one year in US and while doing extension with other employer, got denied . Hence went back India and came US in B1 and filed H1 with change of status with new employer. Once get H1 approval if i go for stamping in India...any extra document need to be submit to justify the change of status? or is any possibilities to keep the desicion on administration services?
