For you to get h1b visa, you need 12 points, 4 yrs. degree i.e. 4*3 I want to know that if degree is 3 yrs and after that you do post graduate diploma of 2 yrs., will that be counted as [3+2]*3 or not(from recognized university) And further, if all the qualifications are through correspondence/distance, will that be an issue.(No work experience)

If the 2 year PGD is government accredited by the proper governing body and in the appropriate subject of your job offer then you would not need to add work experience.
