Can I still travel to USA as my existing h1b visa is valid till June 2017?

Hi,

My existing h1b visa is valid till June 2017, Can I still travel with that visa as my visa extension is still in additional administrative processing(got 221g when appeared for visa stamping)?

Kindly suggest me on this..Thank you..!!!
