H4 Stamping, When H4 extension not approved

Case 1:
I have applied for Premium extension for Myself and my dependents.
Extension got approved for me and not yet for my dependents.
We are palnning for India Vacation.
In this cases my dependents extension will be abandanant, since she moved out of US.
Note: It seems that H4 extension is to extend the I94, it's not related to H4 visa.

Question: Can she go for stamping with My Approved I797?

Case 2:
I have applied for Premium extension for Myself and my dependents.
Extension got approved for me and my dependents. But received Hard copy of I797 only for me.
We are palnning for India Vacation.

Question:Can myself and my dependents go for stamping with my approved I797.

Case 3:
I have applied for Premium extension for Myself and my dependents.
Extension got approved for me and my dependents. But received Hard copy of I797 only for me.
We are palnning for India Vacation return to US on 06/07. As per her passport and I94 last date is 06/10.

Question: Since she is returning on 06/07, three days before the last date. Can she enter US without new stamping on her passport with I797.

Yes, she can return with a valid visa even for 3 days. She can keep a copy of the H4 receipt notice. 

1. If H4 is approved while you are out of the country, you can show H4 approval and get I-94 based on H4 Approval Notice.

2. If H4 is approved after she returns, she will have new I-94 dates based on approval and last action rule.
