Lost/stolen passport - Applying for OPT

HI, I lost my Indian passport recently in San Francisco and I am on F1. I applied for new passport and received it. I am going to graduate on May 4 2017. I have SSN. I need to apply for OPT in Feb 2017 for which I need to submit copy of my Visa. I have copy of visa which was on old passport.

1)Is copy of visa on old passport is sufficient to get OPT or do I need to travel out of the country and get Visa stamped on my new passport to get OPT?
