My current H1B got expired on Sep 30th, 2016. and current employer initiated a H1B Extn on normal process on Sep 29th, 2016 and got the receipt number. Also EMPLOYER-B did initiated a H1B Transfer on Sept 23rd, 2016 and got receipt number, and initiated as PREMIUM on Nov first week. Now my question is CAN I GO AND START WORKING WITH EMPLOYER-B WITHOUT APPROVAL, means can i go and work with h1b transfer receipt on current scenario. Any response is appreciated.

You can always begin employment under H1B Portability regulations while the case is pending. On the other hand, if your employer is a consulting firm and working with layers, it's a good idea to await approval as there may be chances of denial based on employer-employee relationship./
